Billing increase with basic only

Billing increase with basic only

I have a 39$ increase this month and a 20$ increase last month. Why? So we need to switch?

I think all the Comcast reps have left the building. I private messaged one three days ago and he returned my reply and wanted information.  Gave him what he wanted andHaven't heard from him since
