I am being billed for Internet/voice equipment rental I don't have a DVR service. We did not order any voice equipment and who authorized this service? Account #<Edited> and when was this added to the bill?

I was just asking about the equipment we don't have, we don't have a voice control/DVD. I think it was Anna I was talking to and she said our equipment was out of date and she explained the options and could get a new box/voice control DVR so we are trying and debating on it. I am on disability and the computer helps me a lot. Thank you.
