My bill increased by nearly $50 per month which is unacceptable to me. I tried to get and explanation and an after several days I did get a callback from Comcast. However, the representative didn't help at all other than telling me that my package discount had ended. She did offer to change something on my account that would have reduced the bill by $6 or $7. It was difficult to understand the rep but I did tell her that I would be looking for replacements for my comcast service. She obviously didn't care because she then asked if she had answered my questions.
I need a detailed explanation for my bill as soon as possible. I have already started looking for options for my service and I will definitely be disconnecting if I don't get some help with this insanely high bill.Thank you.
