Billing Information Unavailable

I’m trying to add xfi complete to my plan and my account says all of my billing information is unavailable. I cannot view any plans or billing history. There is no way around it and it just says “try again later”

Hello, @cwhand, I will be happy to help you add xFi Complete. I apologize for the trouble.  Just send us a private message with your name, service address, and account number!  If you have never sent us a PM this link can come in handy. The "Private Messenger" section at the bottom can help.
