Billed for package I never signed up for
I am supposed to be on the basic package. Someone signed me up for a different package and doubled my bill! I have contacted Xfinity several times to get it back to what it was last November! No one will help me. I can’t afford this upgrade that I did not sign up for I was not even in Florida when it happened. How do I fix this
