Bill went up without notice

This month bill went up by $20 just like that, no explanations and no notice!

I want the old plan back and a refund! This is unacceptable.

Your promotion/contract probably ended which is why your bill increased.  Notices of increases are found within the notes on your billing statement one or two statements prior to it taking effect.  You won't get a refund.

Re: Bill went up without notice

I appreciate your response, but this is not the case here. I checked all last 3 bills before it bouonced up and definetly no notice.

I don't see why I will not get refunded - they HAVE to let me know before they take more money out of my pocket!!!

I ask of a Comcast rep to contact me (their call center is of no use..)

Hello YY2020. We appreciate you visiting and posting on our Forums.  Sudden increases in fees are usually at the end of a promotional/ discount period. Regarding promotional discounted offers, We offer an introductory discounted rate for the first 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years depending upon the offer. After the introductory discount period offer expires, the price does automatically change to what we call Everyday Price or regular rate. I can help research the increase in your monthly bill.
