Bill went up then we were lied to
Our bill consistently increases without being notified. Now we call to complain, we are told that we can have all the same channels as before and save $70. First problem, why do we have to call to get that kind of support? How about looking out for your customers?
Then we find that we have lost our premium channels. When we call back to complain and get it resolved, for all intents and purposes are told that we are the ones that are mistaken. We are just about back where we started. Comcast can change their name as many times as they want, they’ll always be Greedy liars with the worst customer service possible.

With Xfinity, I have found out that the customer is always wrong! They do rate the lowest in customer service compared to their competitors.
