Bill went up $20 less than 12 months into a 2 year promotional price

In December 2019, I spoke with an agent on the phone who gave our household a promotional price for two years. We recently noticed that our bill went up $20 dollars with no notice a few months ago. Now when I login my online account it says all of our bill information is unavailable. What is going on here?
