I just chatted with an agent online about our current plan's promotion expiring and hoping to reduce the monthly cost for our current plan. Also interested in adding gigabit. Agent told me to drop channels if I want to reduce price and was not helpful at all. Hoping to get better assistance here, any help appreciated!
