Bill has gone way up

Anyone know who to best reach out to to have my monthly bill reduced. It has gone way up. I usually get wildly different price offerings if I call in. I've been with Comcast/Xfinity for decades now and would hate to leave. Thanks! Kathy

I didn’t know we could ask for certain people when we called customer service.  If I may suggest that you look online at the new customer offers and existing customer offers, then decide what you want and what price you are willing to pay.  Then call and negotiate.  If you don’t get what you want on the first call, then refuse the offer and call back soon to negotiate with someone else.
