Bill doesn’t reflect current contract

My 12 month promotional contract ended this month. Xfinity automatically set me up with a much more expensive plan that included TV (which I never had included before and never use), so I signed a new 12 month contract that only includes internet. My plan shows the new contract ($60/month) but my bill still shows I’ll owe for the old “updated” plan ($85/month). This is for the upcoming pay period. Can’t get in touch with customer service. Can some please help me resolve this?

Your monthly bill was already generated when you made changes. It’s next months bill that will show your changes

Will there be a credit of the charges paid that were not actually due?

Hello @miabeeker, thanks for reaching out to us through Forums! We appreciate you being a customer with us and understand your concerns around the prorated billing. Your updated prorated account balance will not reflect on your end, until your next month's billing cycle. I would love love to double-check everything for you on my end.
