I have been charged for having the cable box and remote that has the capability of voice activation and for the box to record 20 hours of shows, etc. Which I never had the capability to do until I recently tried to download the Peacock app and found out I couldn't do this. I found the equipment I had was not capable of doing this. Why was I charged for this when I did have the equipment to do this? I feel I am owed a refund for the at least 6 months I have been paying this and didn't have the capability to use it. I am so tired of you charging for things don't have and charging way too much for your services. Ready to drop you for good. Please let me know what you are going to do about this.
