Balance Transfer Bill after paying full month.

So I paid my full monthly bill on the 8th about $90, moved a few days later and transfered service.

I keep all my equipment, no installation needed. Now I have a new bill due October 25th for about $48. Bill details says "balance transfered"

Can someone please help?
