Asking for help from Comcast to Discuss my Options

I am on 6 of a 24 month agreement. I have no idea what my bill will be with increases for equipment and then a service credit for $7.  My boxes are 5 years old and 2 are the little ones that use to cost $1.99. These same boxes are now $7.50 each. Am paying  $51.50 each month to use these old equipment. The three big boxes I have don't even record they are so old. The box in the Den turns my screen pink about once a week until I reboot the box.  Why are prices increasing on old boxes??  I need other options to continue with Comcast since 1986.
