I just moved my internet service from my old place to the new one. It seems the account with the old place has been closed. Now I need to access the bills of the closed account. Could you help me do that? Thanks!

If you just transferred service you should be able to still use the My Account app to see your billing history. If they aren't showing, then please send me a private message with your first and last name, as well as your service address so I can get that fixed for you.
