My bill nearly doubled this month for no apparent reason. I understand yearly increases in a contract, but there was no details why this increase happened after having the same plan for two years. I have tried to reach out to a representative but the live chat won’t work and calling 1-800-XFINITY won’t let me speak to anyone concerning this matter.
Your contract probably expired and the amount you see now is every day pricing. Take this billing statement and compare it to the last couple of statements, and read the notes on all; notices of increases and other useful information can be found on the statements.
