My YouTube could not be run because it cannot be connected or reinstalled from the network

@user_hvw9tx I appreciate you making us aware that you're YouTube is not connecting to your network. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem you're experiencing. 

Have you by any chance tried using a different browser? How about restarting your modem by using the Xfinity app, have you tried that?
