Your modem is offline

Definitely followed instructions before hearing  tech needs to come and it could cost me money. Nothing changed so that’s unlikely, any recommendations for a quick resolution?

First. Check here for official info on any possible local outages;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.


Or you can use the Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps

@user_hw5abx I am sorry to hear your modem was offline. We offer convenient self-service options to check service interruptions through My Account, the Xfinity App, or the Xfinity Status Center at http://www.xfinity.com/support/status. Have you checked there yet? If no interruption, I want to make sure we are respecting your time and not repeat the steps you have taken previously. What additional troubleshooting steps have you taken?
