We have an Asus router. been working fine for months. not I started getting error in the subject last week. They came out and ran a new line. But i am still having issues. After reading other threads i came here to see if i can get my modem reprovisioned.

I had this problem and used the Xfinity app to “activate” the modem I already had been using. ASUS also has an FAQ that addresses the specific message (I.e., “your ISP doesn’t assign DHCP addresses correctly” or whatever). It involves changing a WAN setting in the router from aggressive to continuous.
