Your isp dhcp is not functioning properly
Hello. I am having the exact same issue mentioned in the link above. Today i have not had internet all day and have been unable to get any work done unfortunately. I have spent about 2 hours between phone and chat support on the app to no avail. Could really use some help. Pretty much when i noticed i had no internet this morning i went onto the app and it said there was work being done in the area and that i could very possibly have service issues. After a few hours i noticed all the lights on my modem were back on but there was no internet. I have my netgear cm600 modem connected to an asus router. i did a quick check and connected my computer directly to the modem and there is internet. However, if i try to connect my modem to the asus router i dont have any. I checked the status in my asus router and it says "your isp dhcp is not functioning properly". We tried resetting all devices and tech support sent a signal but it resolved absolutely nothing. In the post above it looks like reprovisioning the modem or changing the ip address resolved this issue.

On the router, on the WAN tab, is an entry for "DHCP query frequency". Try changing it from "Agressive" to "Continuous".

Thanks for your suggestion. Had previously tried that to no avail. What fixed was leaving my router and modem unplugged overnight. So strange.
