Your internet provider is blocking your console

I have this problem three time I done the port forwarding and even got a new router nope 🙂‍↔️ temporary fix  I can’t connect Ethernet cable or over Wi-Fi but I can connect the free Xfinity Wi-Fi and it work …..trash paying over 180+ for internet and barely working is disappointing im honestly at end of the rope here another tech coming out
