your home internet is offline app problem
I recently switched to the XFI XB8 after my personal router conked out. Everything is working correctly and connecting at home, but the app won't update and says "your home internet is offline" on the app overview screen, and "you're offline" on the wifi screen. I can't add a separate 2.4gz signal for my older devices and can't track any devices. I called and talke dto customer support yesterday, stayed on the phone for like 30 minutes and no resolution, other than, it will take 24 hours for it to update. She confirmed the right XB8 router MAC was connected, but wondering how I get this fixed as very doubtful 24 hours to sync will help. Thanks!

I appreciate you letting us know about this, @user_a7y332! May I ask if your troubleshooting involved force-closing the app, or uninstalling and reinstalling it? These are basic steps that could be enough to refresh the application, allowing the updated modem details to load. If you have tried that already (and recently), but still experience issues, please let us know. Our Digital Care Team is happy to see what else we can do to resolve this for you!
