Your device is in paused or in bedtime mode

My wifi is not connecting and when I go to log in, I am informed my device is either paused or in bedtime mode. It is not as the xfi app shows it is connected and unpaused. I have tried everything. Soft reset, factory reset, had Comcast reset the modem. It is a brand new modem I had installed after I lost wifi last month. Unacceptable. Anyone have a fix? This is effecting all of my devices after initially just effecting my cell phone
