you have theworse custoemr service
your internet service is good , but you have the worse customer service ever...I dealt with so many customer service but yours is the worse
on hold for ever, I have be chatting with your rep , and I am on hold a good one hour on hold to resolve one issue and still on hold ..no live person to talk to
even when they give you info or link to go to get the issue resolve , it takes you no where and turns you again to the chat , which is no help at all
you have to do something about your customer service dept
