Yearly issue that never gets resolved. Terrible internet connectivity

I'm currently sitting here after an hour of constant connection/disconnection issues at my home. Every year this happens. Every tech that comes out finds no issues at my house. Most of the techs state they will escalate to a neighborhood tech. Still Zero fixes. Why is it a "shrug" that [Edited: "Language"] for you solution. Why is there zero history to my issue? Are tickets just removed once the sub optimal who cares solution is found? I just would love that the next time I call I don't go back to square 1 every time.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
