XP6 Modem & split bands

Question

My XP6 modem has a setting to allow split bands which I need as I have many devices connected to my network that require 2.4 wifi. It worked with my old Xfinity modem and with the new one until I 'tested' it by switching off the 'Split Bands' function. When I discovered that some of my devices no longer worked I tried to switch the Split Bands back on but it won't save the setting. How can I get this setting turned back on?
