Again only a specific one is not working!

i called xfinity but it’s not solved.
my home router works if I turn it on.

the details of this specific hotspot is:

IP Address

Subnet Mask

169.254.153.147

255.255.0.0

Thanks,

The public hotspots that come from other customer's homes can come and go / be unreliable. Perhaps that neighbor has a problem with their service or discontinued it altogether.

The IP address you posted does not identify any particular hotspot or any other Internet device. It's an address that your phone or tablet or computer assigned to itself when it was not able to obtain an IP from an Internet provider. 169.254.x.y addresses are known as link-local addresses or "Automatic Private IP Addresses (APIPA)". See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Link-local_address.

If Comcast was a competent company they'd be able to identify the device that corresponds with this MAC, but that's a big "if". All we non-employees can say about it is that the MAC is assigned to Intel (https://www.wireshark.org/tools/oui-lookup.html says 50:E0:85 = "Intel Corporate"). Sorry!
