Xfinitywifi Ondemand (XWOD) hotspot “no internet” for a week now.

I’ve been using XWOD at my art studio for over a year. (I would have xfinity installed, but Comcast will only do “business internet” here, and it’s prohibitively expensive. So instead, I buy monthly XWOD passes.) It’s been working great, except for a few little hiccups... until now.

I can connect to the xfinitywifi network, but I get a “no internet” error. It’s been this way for 8 days.

My pass is still valid, so that’s not the problem. Neither my Mac, which I purchased the pass on, nor my iPhone will connect with internet access. I also haven’t changed any settings on any of my devices.

It’s pretty clearly a problem with the hotspot. It probably just needs to be reset, but of course I have no way of doing that. Can someone from xfinity/Comcast pease reply and help me out?
