Xfinity’s Connection is Horrible
XFinity’s connection to the Internet goes in and out all day long. We have had a service rep out here at least three times over the last month and whatever it is, they’re doing to resolve the issue doesn’t work because it eventually goes out again, and again, and again, and again. It’s so frustrating. I never know when it’s gonna happen, it just goes out when it wants to and doesn’t come back up sometimes for hours.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
