Xfinity XB7 Router Randomly Rebooting

Editing to add: The only unusual thing would be the Downstream signal is a little high. I noticed this in my logs (traffic stats: bytes sent 2147483647, rcvd 2147483647) so im not sure if that causes a crash or not

Hi Everyone! I have an XB7 Router rental that I had to replace a few times due to it randomly rebooting. I initially thought it was the router itself crashing, but it seems that's not the case. Here's upstream and downstream data

YukamoRan Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you have been experiencing with the modem. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Did you try rebooting the modem manually or through the Xfinity App? Or check the coaxial connection from the wall plate to the modem to make sure it's tight?

Hey Dilary, I did initially reboot the router manually, through the app, etc...The connection is tight. My guess is that there could be something in the box that needs to be replaced or the cable could be nicked (very doubtful on the cable) but everything else that I check seems alright

The random rebooting is very tedious though because I have people at the house who rely on constant internet for proctoring, work, school, etc..
