Xfinity wifi pass not working

Hello, I've been using wifi passes for almost a year now. Everything was fine until recently when wifi on demand stop connecting correctly. I've read on a xfinity wifi forum that the hotspot might have to be reset, but I'm not sure? Can someone help me please?
