Xfinity Wifi is super inconsistent the past month

Hi, I have been having very inconsistent wifi on my Windows 11 PC. It ranges from 300-500 Mbps to 0.5 Mbps per second. This seems very strange because no other devices are seemingly affected the same way my Windows computer is. I have other Apple devices (Such as a iPhone and Mac) and the internet connection seems to be very consistent on these devices. I use the devices in the same space that I use my Windows computer. Every time I restart my computer it seems to have a fine internet connection, but then 3-5 minutes into using my computer the wifi will drop to really slow speeds and then 8-10 minutes later return to normal. This is strange because when I check the Xfinity app to see what devices are connected, there seems to be no device that would take up this much wifi which would cause my Windows computer to slow down (I even tried pausing every other device on the Wifi apart from my Windows computer and it still seemed to struggle). I have updated all of my network drivers on my computer, made sure I had the latest Windows updates, flushed my IP, and looked at the Task manager to see what processes were taking up the network bandwidth but saw that it was either at 0% - 5%. I am not sure what to do and I am really struggling here with a solution. The wifi worked perfectly on this computer for many months, but over the past 1 - 2 months have had this issue. I need help and I am not sure what to do.

I do appreciate you running through the steps you have already taken with your computer. Have you also troubleshot your internet connection as well using the Xfinity Support tools we have available?
