Xfinity wifi hotspot down at [Edited]

Dear Xfinity Support Representative,

The Xfinity wifi hotspot is down at [Edited: "Personal Information"], as I move throughout the building I use it to continue to have internet and now I can not any more. When it connects, the service is intermittent at best, and usually gives and error.
