Xfinity Wifi Access Points on Windows 10

I am trying to connect to an Xfinity Wifi Access Point in my area and cannot find the wifi profile. I can, however, connect to an access point on my iPhone without any issues whatsoever. I have tested this on three seperate computers with different wifi cards and none are able to find the access points. Is there something I need to do in order to be able to connect to these access points on a PC?

Edit: I have thoroughly read through the support article on this topic located at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/wifi-for-windows-10 but this has not resolved the issue.

[Windows 10] I am trying to connect to an Xfinity Wifi Access Point in my area and cannot find the wifi profile. I can, however, connect to an access point on my iPhone without any issues ...

Same problem on my Win 11 desktop. I can log into "XFINITY" on my Android phone, but on the desktop Windows finds "XFINITY", but when I enter my ID and password and click OK it responds "Can't connect to this network" and drops the connection.

Hi there, @user_9c368c, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us through our Xfinity Forums. I am sad to hear you are experiencing an issue connecting your computer. Are you attempting to connect to XFINITY or xfinitywifi? Do you see the networks on your computer as available networks?

@XfinityValerie I am trying to connect to either XFINITY or xfinitywifi but neither one appears as an available wifi network. They do, however, appear as available on my iPhone.

Thank you for your response u/user_9c368c. If you are not seeing XFINITY or xfinitywifi on any other device please try to clear cache and cookies and restart the device. If you are using Chrome, this helpful link; https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/clear-cache-cookies-chrome will walk you through on clearing the cache and cookies Once you have done this please try connecting. Let us know if you then see those hotspots.

I no longer work for Comcast.

@XfinityKrystal I am attempting to connect to Xfinity wifi on Windows 10. I do not connect to the internet through the web browser Chrome. Do you have any suggestions that are applicable to the Windows 10 operating system?
