Xfinity tells me I'm in Bridge mode but I'm not

I'm trying to access the xfinity router but its telling me i'm in bridge mode. I never configured bridge mode and need to access the router to make a change.

Have you first tried power-cycling / re-starting the device ? No joy ? Try hard resetting the device to factory defaults by pressing and holding in the recessed reset button on the rear for 30 seconds. This can sometimes clear up some weird behavior issues. You will lose any customized settings, and they will need to be re-configured from scratch if you do the latter.

I'm having the same problem. Did you find a solution? I did a factory reset and on my app and webpage my internet still detects bridge mode but i accessed my modem and verified that bridge mode is already disabled.
