xfinity support
I have been trying for a year now to try and get a claim paid for damage to my sewer line when Xfinity installed a new cable. You paid the contractor, but not me for the multiple in home backups the damage caused. Can you please escalate this to the supervisor responsible for payment.

Subject: Formal Escalation — Unpaid Sewer Damage Claim Exceeding $6,000
I am requesting immediate escalation of my unresolved property-damage claim to a supervisor with authority to resolve claims.
Xfinity's cable installation damaged my sewer line. Xfinity subsequently paid a contractor to repair the damaged line. However, I have incurred more than $6,000 in additional expenses for repeated sewer-line jet pumping necessitated by the backups associated with this incident.
I have submitted the invoices documenting these expenses multiple times, yet I have not received reimbursement or a satisfactory explanation for the continued delay. This matter has now been outstanding for over a year.
I am requesting:
I have been patient and have repeatedly provided the requested documentation. I am no longer willing to continue resubmitting invoices without a resolution.
Please treat this message as a formal escalation of my outstanding claim. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider filing formal consumer complaints and pursuing the appropriate legal remedies.
Please respond in writing and reference my existing claim number.
