Xfinity support

I have been without internet and cable the past two days. I have been bounced around from AI Bot to AI bot and the earliest they will get a technician to my house is a week away. I work from home sometimes - I have nothing working no internet not cable - I can’t streams- I can’t use my security cameras etc etc. I will not wait until next Tuesday. I finally spoke to a human in retention and she said she would escalate my ticket and 5 minutes later it was denied ( I’m assuming by an AI Bot). I was jsut able to make an appt with Verizon for a technician to set up internet this Saturday. If Xfinity does not come resolve my problem I am getting rid of this company that seems to have horrible customer service. Everything operates via internet- I pay hundreds of dollars for your service and they can’t fix the problem for a week that seemed to occur only after they did work in the are !!!
