I have a complaint and cannot be connected with a supervisor. It is not feasible that I should have to wait 24-48 hours to get a call back - and even that was like pulling teeth - because I don't have an expensive enough package even to get a call back... PLEASE: before I find another internet provider may I please have a supervisor or manager call me back?? [Edited: "Personal Information"]
