Xfinity Support

I have been a loyal Comcast customer for over 20 years and I currently pay $238 a month for 800Mbps.  I saw an ad for $50 for 5 years with no contract for new customers.  At this point, I am considering switching to Verizon which is also offering a $50 price.  I am hoping you will allow me to also have this option with Comcast.

We appreciate you being a long time loyal customer, and reaching out to our Xfinity Forums.  I hear where you are coming from as it can seem unfair for new customers to receive a lower rate as opposed to a long time loyal customer. New customer pricing are temporary offers, and designed to help new customers make the transition from another company. Kind of like getting a first month free with streaming services, delivery platforms, and gyms. That said, understanding all customers have a monthly budget for their services, I'd be happy to review over your account, and see what options we have available that are a bit more budget friendly. Please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
