I need someone to elevate my case to a network security engineer from national.

I am unable to access any military site from my home Wi-Fi network. All other sites are accessible, the technician came out today and replaced my modem / router, verified all connections and changed the network ID and password. Troubleshooting was done both virtually and in person, to no avail, I'm unable to access sites that end. M i l, or. Gov.

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums, Casonmarine. Is this happening on all browsers? Have you tried clearing out the cache and cookies? Or using an incognito page to see if that helps?

Yes to all. Chrome, Edge, Firefox, all normal and incognito.

I have cleared the cache and have tried on multiple devices in my home. NONE can access when connected to the XFinity WiFi.

Thank you for clarifying, @Casonmarine! I'm sorry to hear you're still having issues accessing these military sites from your home network, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
