I'd wait a day or two before freaking out. Go ahead and call and complain, but I wouldn't run off and schedule a tech visit right away if nothing has changed with your line, equipment, etc. It's probably on their end and they probably know about it. I've had multiple experiences where they did some work in my area, things weren't right, and then they magically get fixed in the middle of the night a day or two later. Things are kinda working so they don't want to cut everyone off in the middle of the day and instead wait until like 2am and then fix it.
