Xfinity support

I’ve had two techs out and both said our home line is fine and the issue is with the main line. They said they both put in tickets but it’s been 3 weeks and we haven’t seen anyone from xfinity to fix the main line. How do we get a main line tech to come to our home? Multiple neighbors are reporting the same issue of Internet dropping.
