Having issues running zoom meetings and xbox at the same time, the meetings lag and disconnect, how to fix?

Hello, user_ikzy23! When you’re having Internet issues, solving the problem might be easier than you'd think. Xfinity offers the best in-home WiFi experience that is made even better with built-in troubleshooting tools to help our customers stay connected.

A few things I always suggest would be to move your Gateway around. If your wireless device is experiencing connectivity issues in certain parts of the home and not others, it might be worth re-positioning your Gateway to a more centralized location. Other troubleshooting steps that can help alleviate many common issues would be:

  • Restart your device. Sometimes the issue isn’t with your Internet connection, but with the device or application itself. Restarting your device often clears this up.
  • If you have a new Gateway but you’re using an older device, your Gateway may have to “slow down” for your device to be able to keep up.
