Xfinity [Edited]

I am extremely disappointed in xfinity for multiple reasons. It is extremely difficult to speak to a representative on customer service. After going through many automated messages and saying “speak to a representative” over and over it will not even bring to to a rep. Additionally they will overcharge you on a bill one month and undercharge the next month with no warning or confirmation that it’s okay. Additionally there was a time when i checked my upcoming charges multiple times within one week and the upcoming charge changed each time. I have autopay set up so basically if it keeps changed I never know the amount I’m actuallly going to get charged despite signing up for a specific service with a specific monthly charge.
