Xfinity Storm Ready WiFi will not activate using any method. Why isn’t this solved by now

I’ve tried all Xfinitys activation methods and their troubleshooting methods. Nothing is working. Will someone please tell me how to activate this device without posting the same instructions the Xfinity app uses.

same problem here. Comcast hello? who runs this company like my god the amount of headaches and problems. Is it that hard to have an app work properly, is it that hard to have internet not go out all the time, for the speeds to be consistent. [Edited: "Language"/"Inflammatory"].

Hello, @th2paul! Congratulations on getting the Storm Ready WiFi! I apologize that it has been troublesome to get that activated. Our team is happy to help and get that working. Is there a specific spot you seem to get stuck at during the activation process in the Xfintiy app such as when it checks for xFi Pods or when you connect by Bluetooth? Do you get a flashing white light on the device, a different color, or no light?
