Xfinity storm ready device

It worked for the first week then it started acting like my modem was offline and it was in a outage while the modem is online and WiFi is working I can’t remove it from the app to try and relink it I have called and seems no one knows what I’m talking about

I completely understand wanting to get the device removed and re-synched, if it is not working as intended. - Do you know if there were any reported interruptions during the time is registering the modem as offline (if you have alert notifications set up, you would be notified when there is an interruption)? 

 

- Are you able to see the equipment in the app?

 

- Do you receive an error message when trying to remove, or just don't see the option? 

 

- Did bridgemode get activated at all, you would want to ensure that is not on?
