Xfinity Speedtest Question

I'm on a 2018 Mac Mini and when I go to https://speedtest.xfinity.com on Safari browser, it says at the top, "Let's test the speed to your iPad 2019. We'll measure the speed from our servers to this iPad 2019. Results are often lower than plan speeds due to WiFi conditions and device capabilities."

Why does it think I'm on a 2019 iPad? How do I change it?

That's funny.  When I go there on Windows/Firefox, it says my "device".  Then I fire up Edge on the same machine it says my "computer".  When I pick up an ipad and use safari, it does specifically ID it as an ipad.  I assume it's going off the user agent string.  Trouble is, there are many user agent strings, browsers sometimes lie, and users sometimes change them.  I doubt it affects anything than that message, but you would probably need to change your user agent string to change it.  (Keep in mind that messing with user agent strings can possibly cause other sites to render poorly.)

I figured that had something to do with it.  On mobile Safari, it correctly identifies my device "iPhone 11 Pro Max" same with my iPad.

Using Firefox on my Mac Mini, it just identifies my Mac as "My Computer".  Definitely something wrong with Mac Safari.
