Xfinity sold us a 1100 Mbps Fiber plan but did not provide the correct modem
Not sure why Xfinity sells fiber when they don't use a Fiber capable modem. So instead of the full fiber speed, I am limited to 940Mbps up and down using a Cat6 wired connection. The XB7 modem has one 2.5 Gbps port, but that is being used for the Fiber Optical Network Terminal (ONT) connection, so to get the full bandwidth, Xfinity needs to provide a modem that has multiple 2.5Gbps ports, not like the XB7, XB8 or XB10 that has one 2.5Gbps port that is used for the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and then you are left with only three 1Gbps ports that max out at 940Mbps. This is false advertising. If you sell 1100 Mbps or 1200Mbps fiber plans, please provide the correct modem, so consumers can get what they are paying for.
Please stop telling lies when calling the call center and telling your techs that come to the home that "Oh well, sorry, we don't have any modems to support what we sell."
Thank you.

Do any of the Xfinity Modems support WAN Aggregation (LACP-IEEE802.3ad), since with the fiber plans, the only way we as customers can get the full bandwidth for 1100Mbps or the 1200Mbps plans is to use WAN Aggregation (LACP-IEEE802.3ad). It seems counter intuitive that Xfinity sells this plans to customers well knowingly that they are not getting more than 940Mbps at any time due to the 1Gbps limit with the ethernet protocol.
