Xfinity services

Hi, I previously use to use this service but I’ve moved to a different complex here in Rio rancho. I tried to sign up again for services but it says you guys are unavailable in my area, which is a little confusing when my landlord says that we go thru you guys to get WiFi here. And that yes you guys do services in this complex. What is the next step to be able to recieve xfinity wifi services in my area.
