XFINITY SEE THIS

Now Internet. Worst internet experience. I have had issues from day one. I cannot find a single way to contact a real person. The chat bot gave me the option once a couple months ago and that was the only time I ever spoke to them. I have tried all troubleshooting techniques many time. At least 2-3 times each week my internet stops working. I need them to fix this. I am posting this here as a last resort, hoping that someone from Xfinity will see this and actually be able to fix tthis.They better refund at least some of my money for this.
